I live in Houston and had a difficult time finding a used Jet Ski. I searched the internet and found Kent Powersports who had numerous Jet Skis with great pricing. I called and spoke to Paul Spears who went above and beyond to assist me. I told him the unit I was interested in; he explained to me in detail the process, had the finance department call me as soon as I completed the required paperwork with the payment and out the door cost. I drove the 3-hour drive to San Antonio the next day and Paul had my paperwork and ski ready to go. I asked him if I could change to a different Ski, in which he immediately ensured the Ski I asked about was available and sent it to service. He gave me a tour of the facility and everyone at the dealer was courteous and professional. I was bringing the other Jet Ski home within a couple of hours; I will make the 3-hour drive for my upcoming purchase of a Motorcycle. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to purchasing from them again.

After Polaris referred me to KPS for a recall brake line issue on my 2016 Victory Magnum, I was apprehensive about going there at first. Traveled around the world and have had my share of bad service. When I called and made an appointment with Matt of the service department, I thought, oh well, business as usual. Upon my arrival, Matt was not only helpful in getting my recall issue resolved, however he was very receptive when it came to looking at some other minor issues on my bike. Thanks Matt, and now I know that I have found a home for my Victory! I would like to also commend Devon for helping with an issue that I had on my saddle bag lids. He went out of his way to assist, and this speaks volumes about KPS employees. I would also like to thank the young lady that helped fit get the right Helmet for my wife. Thanks Matt, Devon, and the young lady upstairs. KPS has made my experience a great one, and I will not hesitate to come back!!

Now when I go in they remember me and my name. Everyone says hello even if they are in a different dept and ask if they can help you. I purchased a used 2014 R1 February 2017 and purchased a year extended warranty. After three months the gear indicator went out for second and third gear. After taking it in I was told the problem was corrected by cleaning the part. I already researched online the issue and found out that cleaning is a temporary solution. After asking the service person why the part wasnt changed he said they will always clean the part first if that doesnt work then change it. Year warranty ran out and of course my gear indicator is not working anymore. This part couldnt cost that much and the bike was already there. Not sure why this is practiced by I will only take my bike here if there is no other option, which there always is. I would note the sales process was excellent and had no issues with Kent Powersports until this.Luke Swain -
Quality service performed in a timely mannor.
This service department and their tech's diaagnoised the fuel problem them repaired it in a timely manner at reasonable cost including an oil change. I am a relatively new customer at this dealership and I feel I have finally found a place that I am completely comfortable trust the service and parts departmem. Great service on my Suzuki Boulevard. Cosmo even offered to stay after hours to wait until I could get to the shop. Ron called me the following morning with diagnosis and cost estimate. Bike was finished the day after the parts were delivered and was cleaner than when I brought it in. On time and on budget. Good service is hard to find but these guys did a great job. Kent has been doing the maintenance on my bike for about seven years and never had a problem. The guys in service dept are always on it and the turnaround is always pretty quick.
